A Holiday Tradition Remixed

Tchaikovsky's well-loved score is the point of departure for a contemporary retelling of this beloved Christmas classic. With nods to the traditional ballet, A Nutcracker combines ballet with tap, jazz, aerial silks, Afro-Brazilian dance in an upbeat performance that engages audiences of all ages.

With energetic music and movements, magic tricks, and aerial arts, A Nutcracker is entertaining for audiences of all ages. And at 90-minutes, the production is a great choice for children and youth (and Dads - who report this is the "best Nutcracker they've ever seen.")

Clara and her family host a Christmas Eve party for their good friends. The guest of honor is the eccentric Auntie Drosselmeyer, who has come to the party with a special gift for her favorite niece: a wooden nutcracker infused her special magic. 

After the party, Clara and the nutcracker embark on dreamlike journey to the Kingdom of Sweets where she meets the Sugar Plum fairy and her many subjects; the fruits, flowers, and sweets of the kingdom.
